I made the avatar myself using Microsoft GIF Animator and Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (yay for old programs ^.^)
I don't know what this specific one did, although typing the zerial number of it, cd4511BE, gives many results in google about it.
I also thought it can be cute so I put on it some eyes
Later on, I understood the some how symbolic look of this bug and I decided to take a picture of him.
